Colby Stacey

Meet Colby! Colby has been with the FBH family since September 2021 and is currently a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Social Group Coordinator. Prior to working at FBH, Colby was a CNA for 6 years, working with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. In May of 2022, Colby received her RBT certification and graduated from Fitchburg State with a major in Human Services and a minor in Psychology. She is currently in her last year of graduate school, working towards her BCBA certification at Capella University. “I love my role at FBH and all the opportunities I have had and will continue to have to grow within the field of ABA. This job is nothing short of rewarding, hearing clients use their words for the first time or developing a new skill. Watching them be social and playing with their peers in social group makes my heart explode.”

When Colby isn’t at FBH, “In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, skiing, and working on my car.”
