Christal Bello-Chipchase

Meet Christal! Christal is our CEO/Executive Clinical Director and has been here since the beginning.  Christal has her Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Board Certification and MA license in ABA as well as Specialist Certification in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).  She has completed all coursework for her Doctorate degree and is currently completing dissertation.  Professional background experience working within the school setting as the district behavior analyst as well as home-based agencies.  Adjunct professor for a local college and has taught master level courses for individuals pursuing their board certification.  “I am proud of all aspects of FBH. As a team in 2018 we accomplished a huge milestone for our organization earning the Behavior Health Center of Excellence accredited. Our mission is to provide effective and ethical applied behavior analysis services to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families. I am proud of our team’s commitment to individualized, person-centered evidence-based care that supports our clients in making truly meaningful progress. I also love working alongside with the exceptionally talented, dedicated, and compassionate team of professionals we have at FBH who are compassionate, intelligent, and continuing to contribute to the evolution of FBH, to ensure we are providing the best possible service for the individuals we support. I guess, if I had to say what my favorite part of working at FBH was, it would be THE PEOPLE.”

Christal is a mother of four incredible children and is fortunate to work alongside her partner in crime her husband Erik.  Christal played basketball and still loves the game and more recently she loves taking her ATV for a spin!
